2-in-1 PT Resonance Elimination & Protection Solutions
This is a 2-in-1 device combining microcomputer PT resonance elimination and microcomputer PT protection & control. It features PT resonance elimination, overvoltage protection, undervoltage protection, voltage monitoring, insulation monitoring, and broken wire alarm functions.
This device is a newly developed intelligent resonance elimination device specifically designed to prevent voltage transformer (PT) burnout or even explosion accidents caused by ferromagnetic resonance, which frequently occur in power departments and user facilities.
The device uses a 32-bit high-speed, large-capacity microcontroller and high-speed, high-precision AD converter. Combined with intelligent software and high-power, non-contact resonance elimination components, it achieves PT resonance elimination, voltage monitoring, and PT protection functions.
The device performs real-time, high-precision collection of PT open-delta voltage components at four frequencies: 17HZ, 25HZ, 50HZ, and 150HZ. It can distinguish overvoltage, ferromagnetic resonance, and single-phase grounding, with communication interface for transmitting fault information to relevant departments, suitable for unattended substations.
4 analog input channels for collecting three-phase bus voltage and zero-sequence voltage data.
3 programmable digital input channels to meet various PT cabinet switch input requirements. Input names and functions can be programmed according to actual on-site wiring, ensuring both convenience and flexibility.
6 relay output contacts, including 1 channel for PT resonance elimination output.
High-speed RS485 communication interface with optoelectronic isolation and lightning protection. Standard communication protocol with communication rate up to 38400bps.
Large-screen LCD display with Chinese menu operation for friendly human-machine interface. Settings, sampling data, control word meanings, digital inputs, and fault information are all displayed in Chinese for convenient on-site setting adjustment and fault query.
Fault recording and waveform capture functions display fault occurrence time, fault current and voltage data, and fault waveforms directly on the LCD screen.
High-precision clock chip enables accurate recording of various fault information. Also supports receiving network time synchronization from distribution master station.
